UKATA Hosts Successful Webinar on CITB's New Employer Network Funding

UKATA is pleased to announce the success of its recent webinar CITB’s New Employer Network funding. The webinar, held on Monday, 27th January 2025, was hosted by Alex McClymont, Engagement Officer at CITB, and provided valuable insights into how organisations can benefit from this transformative funding opportunity.

The session detailed how eligible organisations under the CITB Levy can access up to 70% funding for construction-related training. It also explored the Employer Network’s expansion, which now offers full coverage across Great Britain, ensuring more organisations than ever can take advantage of this funding initiative.

Alex McClymont shared insights on maximising funding opportunities, supporting customers’ training needs, and strengthening business relationships. Attendees received a step-by-step guide on accessing the funding and advice on effectively communicating this opportunity to their wider networks.

Speaking about the webinar’s success, Kelly-Anne Smith, UKATA’s Marketing & Events Coordinator, said, “It was fantastic to host this session with Alex McClymont from CITB. This webinar has provided an opportunity for attendees to learn about the funding opportunities available through the Employer Network.”

Alex McClymont commented, "It was great to work with UKATA on informing their members of CITB’s new Employer Network funding. The feedback was positive, and everyone seemed happy to promote the new initiative"
