UKATA e-learning certificates unavailable on 28/12/2020 from 7am - 1pm

For the past two years, UKATA has been developing a new Certificate Generator, integrating the system with the UKATA website and incorporating all other online systems, including the UKATA Tutor Registration and Tutor Knowledge Testing.

Due to the planned development, the UKATA Certificate Generator will be offline on the 28th December 2020 from 7am until 1pm.

Therefore, this means that the Certificate Generator will be unavailable for certificate production during this limited time. This planned downtime will mainly affect delegates who are undertaking UKATA Asbestos Awareness E-Learning. We would therefore advise that delegates avoid undertaking the online course during the time outlined above.

If delegates do undertake the course during the above time and do not receive their certificate, they should contact UKATA with a copy of their pass result and ID (passport or driving license) via info@ukata.org.uk and UKATA will issue the certificate once the new system is live. The member company the delegate undertakes the training with will also be informed of this action.

UKATA has written to all members recently to advise of the planned downtime and you should see a message on the member's website advising you to undertake the e-learning course outside of the above hours.
