The UK Asbestos Training Association (UKATA) is pleased to announce a formal partnership with Action for Construction with the aim to upskill their members’ workforce in asbestos training.
Founded in 2006, Action for Construction is a membership organisation committed to supporting the development of SME’s and micro-businesses required to meet the future and changing needs of the construction industry and attracting the next generation.
Their aim will be met by working and supporting their members through training to upskill their workforce to meet industry standards and develop their business. Additionally, by promoting construction as a career choice in schools and colleges and encouraging and supporting their members to take on apprentices.
The newly formed partnership aims to encourage Action for Construction members to receive the appropriate level of UKATA approved training and thus ensuring their compliance with regulations.
