UKATA is delighted to announce that Craig Evans and Debbie Nixon of the senior leadership team will be attending the annual Ladies' Lunch event on March 8, 2024, hosted by Mesothelioma UK at The Manchester Mariott Victoria & Albert Hotel.
Mesothelioma UK is the national charity for anyone affected by mesothelioma. They exist to support people with mesothelioma to live better and live longer and to prevent mesothelioma happening to future generations. This is achieved by advocating for better treatment and care, enhancing quality of life, supporting research, and amplifying the patient’s voice.
Ladies’ Lunch 2024 coincides with International Women’s Day, an opportunity to celebrate the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women's equality.
Attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy a 3-course meal while being inspired by a lineup of engaging speakers. Additionally, there will be entertainment with the opportunity to raise vital funds for the charity through raffles, auctions, and the golden envelope reveal.
