2024 sees the seventh annual asbestos conference from BOHS organised in conjunction with the Faculty of Asbestos Assessment and Management (FAAM) with an in-person event in Sheffield.
The event will bring together researchers, academics, practitioners and regulators, through various plenary talks and technical sessions with a programme that will include UK and international speakers, dealing with scientific topics covering key areas regarding the assessment, control and management of asbestos.
The British Occupational Hygiene Society (BOHS) is a science-based, charitable body that provides information, expertise and guidance in the recognition, control and management of workplace health risks.
The Faculty of Asbestos Assessment and Management (FAAM) is the professional home for all practitioners who manage and assess asbestos, including asbestos assessors, surveyors, analysts, consultants, as well as property and facilities managers, maintenance managers, health and safety consultants.
